What the game stores
Your game progress (levels, corks, medals, missions, story), the name you give your winery, your preferences (language, sound) and a play log: when you open and close the app, how long you play and which milestones you reach. The log feeds the test report and does not identify anyone.
Where it is stored
In the app's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us or to third parties. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud, the backup may include this data; iOS handles that according to your settings.
When data leaves your device
Only when you choose:
- Save code: the menu can copy your game as text so you can continue on another device. You decide where to paste it.
- Test report: the “Send test report” button opens the iOS share sheet with a summary of your game and play log. You choose who receives it.
Notifications
If you allow it, the game schedules a local notification on your iPhone for when your winery fills up while you are away. It never goes through a server. You can turn it off in iOS Settings.
Purchases
If the game offers purchases in the future, they will go through Apple's App Store. We never receive your card or Apple account details.
Children
The game is about producing and selling wine; it never shows drinking. We collect no data from anyone, children included.
Deleting your data
You can reset your game from the in-game menu. Uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your device.
This website
bodegatycoon.com uses no cookies, analytics or third-party content. The hosting provider may log technical data, such as IP addresses, to serve the pages and protect them from abuse.
Changes
Before any version of the game sends data off your device (for example rewarded ads, analytics or iCloud saves), we will update this page with its date and tell you in the game, together with any consent options that apply.
